Vetrospace at Habitare 2026 – three ways to experience the invisible dimension of the workplace

At the beginning of September, Helsinki comes alive with design, architecture and new ideas for the workplace. Vetrospace will once again be part of Habitare Pro – and this year, we are putting the spotlight on one of the most important yet invisible elements of any workplace: indoor air.

Whether you are an architect, interior designer, workplace professional or simply interested in the future of workspaces, we warmly welcome you to meet us at Habitare Pro and at our new showroom in Helsinki’s Kamppi district.

During Habitare week, there are three ways to experience Vetrospace.

1. Five days at Habitare Pro – with a little plot twist

You’ll find Vetrospace in the Habitare Pro area at stand 6c80 from Wednesday to Sunday.

At Habitare, we are putting the spotlight on something you cannot see in a workspace, but you can certainly feel: air quality. We will introduce our new air quality concept and explore how fresh, controlled air can support focus, energy and performance – particularly in soundproof workspaces where people spend time in an enclosed environment.

And then there’s a little plot twist. Together with Modeo, we have transformed our Vetrospace from a traditional work or meeting environment into an inviting lounge. It demonstrates how interior design can give a soundproof space an entirely new purpose and character.

Vetrospace brings privacy, acoustics and controlled air quality to the space. Modeo’s beautiful interior makes it a place you’ll want to stay a little longer.

Welcome to stand 6c80 to experience it for yourself.

2. New Vetrospace showroom opening & air quality concept premiere – 3 September

3 September 2026, 15:00–18:00 | Lastenkodinkatu 5, Helsinki

As part of Habitare Showrooms, we are celebrating the official opening of our new Vetrospace showroom – and giving the first presentation of Vetrospace’s new air quality concept, introducing a new perspective on the connection between indoor air and cognitive performance in the workplace.

After a day at the fair or the office, drop by to unwind, enjoy refreshments and experience a short sound bowl relaxation session inside a Vetrospace XXL. You can also explore Vetrospace’s soundproof workspaces and acoustic solutions from our partner Soften.

Our new showroom brings together three essential elements of a great workplace under one roof: privacy, acoustics and air quality.

3. Habitare Pro Workshop – Friday, 4 September, 15:00–15:45

On Friday, we’ll take a deeper dive into the topic through research and real-world examples at the Habitare Pro Workshop.

Plot twist: The most important material in the workplace is invisible.

What if a successful workspace isn’t ultimately defined only by its furniture, materials or aesthetics – but also by the air inside it?

Henna Maula, Senior Researcher from Turku University of Applied Sciences explores how ventilation, CO₂ levels, temperature and spatial design affect workplace comfort, well-being and performance. Her presentation challenges us to look at office design from a new perspective: a space is not successful simply because it looks good, but because people feel well in it and can use it comfortably throughout the working day.

Mikko Hannula, CEO of Vetrospace, brings a practical perspective to the discussion with examples from projects where controlled, high-quality indoor air has played a key role in creating healthier, more functional workplaces.

See you at Habitare!
