In the event of any conflict between this disclaimer and the applicable sales agreement, the terms of the sales agreement shall prevail.
02 Product Specifications
Product specifications, features, and performance values:
- are based on standard configurations and controlled conditions
- may vary depending on product model, customization, and installation
- may be updated or changed without prior notice
Technical data should not be interpreted as a guarantee of performance in all environments.
For information regarding product warranties, maintenance requirements, and after-sales services, please refer to the applicable sales agreement or contact Vetrospace directly.
03 Acoustic Performance
Acoustic performance values:
- are measured under defined test conditions in accordance with applicable standards (e.g. ISO 717-1 or ISO 23351-1, as relevant to the product)
- may vary depending on:
- surrounding noise levels
- room acoustics
- placement and orientation of the pod
- building structure and materials
Vetrospace products are not soundproof spaces. They are noise-reducing solutions designed to improve speech privacy and reduce sound transmission, not to eliminate sound entirely. For product-specific acoustic ratings, please refer to the relevant product data sheet.
04 Ventilation and Air Quality
Vetrospace pods are designed to support adequate indoor air quality through integrated ventilation systems.
However, ventilation and air quality values are based on controlled test conditions, and actual performance depends on several external factors, including:
- the building’s overall ventilation system
- availability of fresh air in the surrounding space
- occupancy levels and usage patterns
- maintenance and proper operation of the product (see Section 06 – Use and Maintenance)
Achieving optimal CO₂ levels requires sufficient inflow of fresh air in the surrounding environment. Vetrospace recommends verifying the adequacy of the building's ventilation system prior to installation.
05 Environmental and Installation Factors
Product performance is influenced by:
- installation quality and accuracy
- floor levelness and surrounding structures
- integration with building systems
- environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity
Correct installation in accordance with Vetrospace installation instructions is essential for intended performance. Installation should be carried out by Vetrospace or its authorized partners. Installation instructions are available upon request.
06 Use and Maintenance
Proper use and regular maintenance in accordance with Vetrospace maintenance instructions are required to ensure optimal performance. Certain components, such as filters and seals, are consumable parts subject to periodic replacement by the user.
Vetrospace is not responsible for performance issues resulting from:
- improper use
- lack of maintenance
- modifications or alterations not approved by Vetrospace
07 Visual Materials
Images, renders, and illustrations:
- are for reference and marketing purposes only
- may include optional features or customizations
- may not represent exact final delivery
- colors, textures, and finishes shown in visual materials may differ from the actual product due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and normal production variation
08 Third-Party Responsibility
Vetrospace products may be sold, delivered, and installed through authorized partners and resellers. A list of authorized partners is available upon request from Vetrospace:
In such cases:
- partners operate independently in their commercial and operational activities, but are required to carry out installation in accordance with Vetrospace instructions (see Section 05)
- Vetrospace is not responsible for the partner’s execution of delivery, installation, or project management, nor for site-specific conditions outside Vetrospace's control. Any claims relating to such matters should be directed to the relevant partner
09 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vetrospace shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- loss of business, productivity, or revenue
- differences between expected and actual performance due to external factors
